Maybe I shouldn't put this post in the US blog :D but I am kinda lazy to open a new one really... and it is part of my US trip really. I have this JP trip because of my US flight ticket after all... US extension trip I would say :D... will make a new one when I go back to HK lerh..

(4.30p) Tokyo Narita Airport


(8.00p) Shijuku Station. Kinda got lost in Shijuku Station. It was a disaster to get lost with 3 heavy luggage -_- Surprisingly there are almost no disable facility like escalator or anything for Wheel chairs. It was all stairs and-_- I’ve brought my luggage walked all the way down over 50 stairs and finally couldn't find the way to the metro and spent 2000Yen to go to Paulo's home... ~_~

(9.00p) Finally got to Paulo's home... sorry I have to say, it is a flat where a typical poor student lives in :P haha...well... we all had this stage before, kinda miss that smell and feeling... Anyway... it's more than great to have a free staying in Tokyo :)

(10.00p) Western style restaurant. It was a restaurant serving Japanese style western food like pasta and pizza… not very delicious honestly but good to have a quick dinner and go home and sleep after the long flight.

(9.00a) It's all raining in my first day in Tokyo. Luckily it's not as cold as I thought really... actually the day I left LA was even colder than here... I went to Eiji's flat in the morning... He is staying in a really nice flat in Nakano... I do feel lucky to stay in Nakano. Feeling it is really where normal Japanese would stay and live in. I went to Asakusa with him... where I remember I had been the first time I came to Tokyo 12-3 years ago... and it looks exactly the same as before... I kinda hate this kinda tourist spot... a lot of souvenir shops and a lot of tourist plus some remade traditional culture... the worst combination, well.. to me.







(12.00a) We then went to a local market around that place... which is much better place to hang around... we had super cheap sushi (they were in half price in lunch hour) and octopus ball... :D delicious~



(2:00p) He need to go back to office and I went to a Park in Ueno... It was a Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum... nothing interested and i obviously didn't pay to get in the exhibitions there :D nice to have a little walk around the part tho... it's another temple there again... nothing really interesting.



(4.00p) MOMAT... They are having an exhibition about Okinawa Culture... I think it would be very interesting for local people:P unfortunately I don't understand Japanese at all... But it wasn't totally useless, I know there are a lot of artists are doing the same things as I m doing... I m not alone :) Somehow we are all contributing the world. And I need to find some ways to publish what I have done.




(6.00p) Shijuku meet up Eiji and had a little BBQ with Eiji~ haha... it was in a little street... but the waitress in quite a few restaurant there speak Chinese :O... somehow... they are not extremely good but expensive... um...

(8.00p) Having Nabe in Eiji's home. Super nice nice :). Yep... they call this kinda hotpot Nabe... not Shabu Shabu~~ Btw, their strong insist on separate tush for recycle are really impressive! I love them... But I m thinking even if we separate the waste in HK, they are probably going to the same place and burn away... kinda a shame... Come on... our dearest government... We are ready and well educated enough to do this too! even Taiwanese doing better than us...


(11.00p) Very chill out night :) feeling a bit jetlet at around 10pm... but much better than when I went to US... maybe just because in general, I m not as tired as I was in HK... Listening to the mp3s from Megan all the time these few days... Some of them are really great. I like the 80s 90s (I might be wrong on timing but retro style anyway :P) music arrangement from Camera O... Also I quite enjoy the way Kate Nash sing... Kinda story telling singing, it's like your frined talking to you. Instead of hip hop, she found a new way. The topics are actually for much younger kids, but I found them interesting to listen to too... remind me the time in London a lot :D I bet a lot of people around me in that age would think in this way.... It was the #1 last year in UK. You can tell how vary their pop music style can be... yea... That's why we like England so much I guess :) they are not necessarily beautiful but never leak of new ideas.

(11.00a) Super nice weather today :) went to a Thai restaurant with Paulo... my soup noodle was very not Thai honestly... and not that great... :( haha.. but his curry rice was okay... maybe I am in America for too long... I find their portion super small really... although I don't eat much in US (maybe just comparatively).

(1.00p) Roppongi. Midtown Tokyo, It looks pretty much the same as IFC2 :D but they put a lot more galleries are art related stuff there...






(1.20p) 国立新美術館 Art Centre, Tokyo. The Architecture was incredibly cool! The cafe there was cool too... But the exhibitions showing weren't too impressive. It will be an exhibition I really want to see start from mid January to March ~_~


(2.00p) 21_21 Design Site. The crystal chair was very impressive when I first saw it. Everyone of us have probably done the same experiment in high school. But they made it big! And the result were nice tooo. However, when I talked to Eiji about it... he told me it has been done in London by someone else which they made the whole house (interior) as crystal! um... somehow, even Japanese, they start copying.

Boss's Party

I just lost my wallet the night before I went to Andrew's party. I was thinking not to go really coz I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to go actually... But then I thought, you don't wanna let me go? no way! I'm going I'm going I'm going... haha... anyway... decided to go just after talked to Don....

I went to the police office and report the lost... hopefully someone might found it and hand it to the police office... the police lady was kinda tough but willing to help... it was an interesting experience. The lady before me left her sunglasses. :D yea but I gave it to the officer straight away... hope that I can gain some Karma with it haha :D yea~~ fill my Karma up a bit~~~~~ Some guys after me came for their tolled car.

And the I had my last try to look around the area I lost my wallet... honestly it is no way that I can lost it... coz I never really take it out of my pocket. and it happened within that merely 5 mins after I left my car and before Nestor arrived. :( either someone stole it or what... :(:( anyway...

I went to Carina's flat in Culver City straight after... She has a nice and big flat with Darius :) in a nice area. We walked around the area a bit... she actually moved in for a week only and never hang around the area.

We almost spent 3 hours to drive to Andrew's home in Palm Spring coz of the traffic. Kinda a new area that a lot of US celebraties are moving in and supposed it's a lot of nice architecture. Well the only best part of the whole day is actually the drive tho... we have some nice and fun talk :)

It's about 100 people there, almost a totally gay party! only a few girls were there. I've never seen so many gays in a same place... (well.. I did in the gay pride in London and Brighton but not in a house party) maybe I should say I had never talked to so manay gay guys at one night haha... a lot of them are pretty old tho. The best part of the party was Andrew dance as a christmas tree haha and the HOT cocktail bar! Those guys were so meaty really.. its like the california porn stars haha... Other than that.....it was quite boring really... fake people, fake plastic face, fake huges, fake smiles... I was kinda hide behind Carina all night :P surprisingly, A lot of old man or couples came to me, which is kinda scary. And you can feel the only thing they wanna do is to bring you to their hotel for a fun night or something... keep saying sth non-sense like ur skin's so smooth kinda shit ~_~ and trying to touch. oh my... California gay communicty? The only nice and normal guy I met the whole night was a French guy, um.. similar age, cant really remember his name tho. Quite shy and fun guy...

I finally went to that DelTaco and try that greezy flys haha... And it isn't good at all haha.. and fat. But at least I tried it finally :P yea... American junk food!!! bye~~~~~~

Joshau Tree Desert~

It was Stef's highly recommendation :D Just go and have a look before I leave~~~ haha... cool cool...

Just found a friend to go with me in the last min. :D lol... Very good company, Joey~~ he is super talkative and nice~~ :D Everything I've seen there are amazing! I expected a bit more sand tho :P haa... but cool enough to see so many Yucca trees and weird plants... It is super weird that why some people in 100 years ago would found this place and start digging?!?!?! how could it possibly happened? On the way to the National Park, I've seen the biggest windmills ever in my life... It's amazing too.... and I missed the junction to go to the park coz of them too... :P



We spent 2 hours something to walk to a place called Lost Horse Mine (longest of the day). Super windy and cool ~_~... and actually nothing much happening there... but he start being moliu and we took video during the tail too kinda fun :D haha... on the way back, I was kinda too cold and tired... couldn't make more jokes and keep walking and walking... hope that he wasn't bored... lalalla~~



On our way back driving... We were in traffic again -_- and I almost fell asleep... But luckily he can drive too :D yea... saved 2 persons life at least~ we switched in a rest area and I slept for 10 mins... It was such a nice day~~ :) and then went back Henry's home for his "very good friend"'s birthday :D haha... nice nice... drank some alcohol "_" and slept at 11:30! haha...

Happy Thanksgiving!

Super lazy on my extra thanksgiving holiday :D:D slept until 10sth and went out to drive around the Hope Range area again... People are just extremely wealthy! crazy crazy!!! waowaowao~~~ All of the houses are huge... I think a football court is a basic min size there... I had a feeling that if I have a stylist house like that... having a view as it is... I really find no reason to travel for holiday... haha... well... if I m wealthy like this... I probably have some more other adventure trip I can do, ho ho ho.... The most popular pet in the area is probably horses! I've seen a lot around :D..

All the food there I never had before but all of them are sooooo delicious... the best I have ever had in the US and the best western food I have ever had too!.... ya... Ada is a professional chief in a restaurant... and she is making a salad dressing for Trader Joe's!!! wao wao wao.... happy happy thanksgiving! :)

haha... today I m in such a good mood :D although it's a rainly day... Everything are smooth, I think... (well even thats not smooth... I think they are smooth.. coz I m in good mood ma :D:D) The first day after my 28th birthday... haha... let's celebrate~~ haha....

Today I just notice a function that exist for probably more than half year and was so excited about it!... haha... how stupid I am... I can't believe that I keep using google map almost everyday and I missed it! until you told me you've played with it already :D:D haha... and I just remember.... actually the first time I use google map to find the way to LA, the function was there already!!!!! wao... and I was impressed once already... haha... well, I used it in another way and it was in a different view la.... anyway... this time I found my house! haha... thats what excited me so much :D..... yup... I m planning to go Joshua Tree National Park this weekend.. hope that it will be good weather :)...

28th Birthday

Wao... I've started my 28 yo with my animation works :D:D haha... does it mean it will be a busy year lerh? haha.. hopefully it will be haha... otherwise my studio may be closed very soon after it started :P lalallaa.... busy busy busy... yea...


Let me check what I did I do in my last bday :D..... OOhohoh.... I didn't write my blog at all last birthday...! um... probably another boring working bday in the office, didn't do much... 2 years ago, I just back from London and kinda just lost my love... I invited like 20sth friends to come to my bday in a karaokae room? wao... can't remember why did I do that :D haha... maybe just need some noise from people. When was the last birthday I celebrate bday in karaokae? haha highschool maybe? :P well anyway... nothing about the k room but it was great to meet up so many good friends in one day... haha...and it was an excuse to gather friends all in one time I guess... :D ah... I remember even Garfield has come that time too waoooo! :D

I used to ask this question a lot... "why do we celebrate bday so seriously??" (esp when i forgot people's bday) haha... and I use not to celebrate much on birthday... It's still the same kinda day, it wont be longer or shorter, and we normally still needa work... The only thing I want, is to be in a quiet place with someone I love and have a nice dinner... haha... but somehow it didn't happen in the past few years! why why why... keep my finger cross for that will happen in the coming year... :D looking at the messages from facebook and tried to reply them all... and then I think... haha.. it's like it gives the bday a purpose now :D haha... I m glad to have a birthday like this... thanks facebook too :)



I planned a photo shoot around Hope Range area in my birthday in the morning and at night too.. but I couldnt' really sleep last night until 4:30 -_- and then when I woke up, it was no sunshine at all!!!!! I probably be spoiled since I came here, use to the sunshine everyday.... feeling disappointed and fell asleep again :P.. and then Igot a call from Donald but I didn't really awake when I talk to him :P can't remember what did I say lo haha... the only thing I remember is, it was 7:44 when he called... The very surprise thing was my boss bought me a bday sushi lunch plus a $150 gift vouture!!!! and haha... they bought a some super sweet cakes as well!!! haha.... shit... start loving them now :S...



wao wao wao... and I went to coffe shop after work to do some drawings.... but I found that I forgot my wallet at home after I ordered -_-!!! how ambarrasing~~~~ but then the girl gave me the tea for free :D haha... my lovely bday free tea :D:D ho ho ho... and then I started my night shooting... Nothing much... I found that the long explosure always make the image blury... unless I use the smallest aperture... um... it's still far from the quality we've got from the hammersmith bridge shoot with Bernard... I guess film is still winning sometime in some specific shoots... I've taken one shoot to the sky... which I will try more when we have a clearer sky... I can shoot the stars here!, which I never succeed to do so!!! everytime it came out with a very red sky with some really weak starts... but this time it is very clear stars!!! one more reason I love Santa Barbara ^__^ ~~



It's a few more mins to the end of today~ haha... 1 year older and I can poundly say that I did learn a lot this year too... :) It will be a tougth year I guess, I made my wish this year on........ hope that it will happen really... :)

And then I went back home, cook (okay, reheat) a dinner, and worked a bit on my animation... the title is confirmed! :) probably the tagline too... unless I can come up with a nicer one with Eiji... I will use the existing one! :D he said it's not entirely correct grammatically but it does has a little charm in it :D lallalalla~~~~ (Eiji is my friend from London by the way~ I did told you about him, didn't I?) A little bit slow... the progress... but I am trying to do it in a time saving way... hopefully it will work nice... otherwise I will have about 100 frames to finish... and thats super un-flexible. if I wanna change anything on the tiltle and tag lines... I will have to redraw those 100 frames again.. -_-... finger cross~~~ btw, the logo for another friend of mind are almost done! haha... the whole book are almost finalized... hope that it will be on shelves soon! Hopefully my friends will buy this one too :D haha... yea... and and and... all names on Little Diggtak are done!!! The Mist (8.5)

I was very very very very tensed throughout the whole movie.... I think it is one of the most scary horror movie I have seen. I use not to give high rating to horror movie but have to give a 8.5 this time!!!! It's based on a novel by Stephan King. And the director is the one who did the screenplay of green miles too... Doubtlessly the story and the screenplay was great... Supposed to be a 9 but the soundtrack esp at the end of movie wasn't that great... and one other thing I am not sure about is the motion graphic and the design of the monsters... well... even though... it scared me for whole night. Luckily, you wasn't here... otherwise you would see me scared and laugh at me probably!!! haha.... or the other way around...

Rey @ The Coral Sea

He said they are invited to go to asian next year... possibly go to HK too :D wao... see hows it go lo... Gain a bit weight back... :D

After a few weeks of hard workm, I've gain a few pounds back!!! haha.. 143lbs now :D:D get back to normal but still thinking i m tooo thin... maybe just that the people around me are too big... how depressing it is everyone in the basketball court saying I have to gain more muscles.. -_-... shit... I m short, thin, unskillful play now~~~~~ today I played with a black guy, similar height as i m but he can Alle-oop easily -_-... dunk super hard too... chi sin ga!!!!!

wahwahwah... btw, today I went into the fitness room... by the time I step in, I thought, it is really not my place... and I measured my weight and ran away straight lo... :D

a107 studio

Well... seems like I do have to start thinking about it like now... :D and write them down. It must be funny when I look at such a rough thought at some points later. Probably my concept is very wrong now :P I won't understand how it works until I go and try it.

Okay, the key of my studio is "to share". Share ideas, share creatives, share moliu thoughts. I believe we always have some stupid thought or some brilliant ideas that we have never used and somehow put it aside and wasted... I suppose we all want our ideas to become real somehow. Of course it is great if we can make it happen by ourselves. But to me, as long as it comes to real, it's not necessary to be done by our own hand. Why don't we put them into a pool so that everyone can use it? Mix and match and get inspired by each other... That's what creative supposed to be at the beginning, ya?

The ideal size of my studio is around 6 ppl. Me and one of my friend (anyone interested to join me? I will try to convince Mike, Tracy, Leo and Daat or not necessary from my existing friends indeed) + 1 senior creative + 1 junior creative + 2 technical people.

My studio will work on 3 areas.
1. Something that earns money. haha... thats the most diffiuclt part I guess :P Let's 100% concentrate on it at least in the first year really... It will include mostly BTL works, branding, printing works, Photo retouching, Product photos, websites, etc) to make sure me and people who work for me (if any :D) can get paid! Hope that pixi&pop can pay off all of my bills haha :D

2. New areas that can earn money in the future. Some works that I m not entirely familiar with but I believe I can handle it with some help from other parties. I will do these with less profit but to gain the experience for later jobs. (Create products?

3. Non profit projects. It's for our name and also for our own interest. (like the animaiton I m doing :P, illustrations for books, paintings, Siu Diggtak, more experimental stuff target on international awards)

Hopefully I can get a balance on those 3 areas eventually....

haha... above just my silly thought... let me do some research... see how's people do it outside sin~~~

Muddy Water

My friend host a show in a cafe called Muddy Water Coffee Bar tonight :) It is such a nice place there! a very closey cafe + bar with live band every weekends? They have some cool decoration and interesting artworks around. Very chill place... And surprisingly, they do good coffee!! I think I will go there every week in my rest of time in SB :D.... I m feeling I gonna miss SB a lot!!!! hahaha... Everyone around me just keep saying it is a nice place but boring when you stay here for long.. I really don't feel it! I just simply love this place :D Can't imagine how amazing it will be if I move here with you in some point of life :D haha... Sometimes I think, to save some money and open a cafe bar like this; letting musicians and artists to performs and show their arts; make some little money for living; very chill, and it is also a way of living... Just a dream I guess :P We belong to city, and we need that "something" from the city somehow...

Yup... Rey is a friend of mine that I met the first day I came to SB in Carina's birthday dinner :D Ya... I talked to him lately and he said he can do me the music for my animation :D:D how exciting...! I think I do have to finish it asap... and ready for some other challenges! :D cool cool.... just wait and see...

The Spiderwick Chronicles (6.5)

For the opening and the ending scenes I give it a 6.5... :D the 3D stuff were quite good indeed.. but well... thats a movie in 2008. I guess it has to be as least in this standard... The story was okay, just a fairytell stuff... no expectation and reasonable... nothing really surprised me... yea... kinda boring... :P I wouldn't suggest you to see it I guess...

Soya-cream VS Icecream~~

I've bought a Vanilla with chocolate chips with cherry soya frozen dessert (I call it soyacream :D) from Trader Joe's few weeks ago~~~ And it's like less than half calories than normal icecream and taste quite good too... So I bought the chocolate favour one last week but found it not as good as the other one... And 2 days ago... I've bought the real iceream there! Just ate both together... and found that how bad the soya one is!!! The texture is almost like Dairy Farms icecream~~~ well... it still taste like icecream tho... haha... I gonna try some other taste later too... haha... half calories lalallala~~~~ haha

Basketball tonight~~

I went to UCSB tonight but the leisure centre didn't open!!! close for Tusday 11NOV -_-.... damn it.... and then I went to the outdoor court and saw 2 ABC playing there... Very obviously they are ABC by seeing their built... i think they are like 50% bigger than me (very scientifically) Well anyway... I start playing a game with them... One of the guys was surprisingly very fast... and I didn't catch his speed at until the 2nd game! And, he shoot so well outside the 3 points line! The ball was quite slippy and I didn't use to it and made a few air ball :P haha... but then the guy said to me (in a nice way indeed) "hey dude, you actually shouldn't jump shoot outside the lines unless you have your muscle built better", eeeer...... I mean... yea... I guess I am strong enough to throw the ball from 3 points... just that I am not use to you ball dude... Well of course I didn't say that, but just made a few 3 points and won the game :P haha... lalalala.... and I thought I won the last game too. We play 21 points and I got 21 first... but they said I had to make a 3 points before actually win the game.. but I missed the shoot and start from 15 points again -_-... what a rule... and then I reached 21 points 3 times before them but didn't make that last fucking shoot -__- come on.... 3 times... so totally I've got 40 points and couldn't win the game... It was fun though :)

Self-defensive mode

Somehow it started itself. Every time when I am in this kinda situation, my self-defensive mode (that's what I call it) starts at some point... No one can make it started. Nothing I can do to start it too... but it just start at some point. It takes longer to come lately tho... It's not like happening after I have a good sleep or what... it can happen in the middle of the day, when I was doing sports, or at the 3rd sip of coffee in a cafe. pretty random, pretty unpredictable. The situation still there... and I do still care about that... but the negative feeling would just gone or go out of my brain. haha... I m such a lucky person~~~~ can't imagine how people survive in all negative feeling all time (like anthony... :P shhhhhh......). I understand it really... We all know it doesnt help anything if we dont get away from that feeling, but we just can't at the moment. Human being... thats human being~...

Lakers won!!!

09NOV08!!!!! (quite difficult to remember a number like this lerh, but I should :D)


It's the first time I went to see a NBA match in my life!!! LA Lakers vs Houston Rocket. Yea~~ Yao Ming! Indeed, the atmosphere there wasn't as HOT as I thought... haha it's just one of the 82 season games this year after all... people are reasonably quiet throughout the game...




Me and Nestor sat on the last row! haha I didn't know it was the last row when I bought it. But indeed the court is not that big... and I can see the game quite clearly... I think the view was just a tiny bit wider than the widest view when you play NBA TV games. I can still recognise most of the players from the distance. haha... The court wasn't full at all at the beginning... but about 10mins after it started almost all seats were filled up.. I think they must have some super cheap ticket to sell after the game started. um.. probably cheaper than what I was playing... -__-.... anyway... It was a cool experience :D


I actually support Lakers! but Yao Ming was against them ma... With the (Chinese unique) especially strong national emotion, I don't mind if Huston win the game :D haha...


The game was good in the first half. Rockets lead Lakers for over 15 points in the first quarter... Seeing them playing from that distance, it's like they are making shoots super easy. But then they were same points in the half-time... People started getting super big popcorn blows and eat eat eat.... wao... The half-time show was quite good too... it was a pair of gymnastic people... doing quite well really. Kobe was awesome esp. in the 3rd quarter! He made every single shoots and no one could actually stop him! McGrady sucks ~~ He had 3 points in the whole game... He was in the court almost 40 mins I guess. Aaron Brooks was playing quite good tho!

SUN YUE didn't play at all (I found that he is inactive in the roster list when I check him online)... but I saw him on the court before Lakers doing their warm up! haha.. yup... not in the warm up time but before that, how weird! He looks like very thin and not that tall really... but indeed he is 6ft 9 la! come on... 1 ft taller than I m!!

Final was a 2-30 points won of Lakers... People said Rockets might have chance this year... I can't see it from this game really..


After the game, we went to a super old American dinner... super retro! haha... I would be a nice place to take photos. You may consider a bit lo... :)




The food was quite bad tho, haha... I haven't discript the food as bad for a while la... eer... They are super big portion... I should take the photo of the steak! its like a double size we do in HK!.... the guys sit next to me ordered the steak and also eggs and ham too! At last he couldn't finish the eggs! and pack the eggs and 1/3 or the steak back!!!!!! yes, the egg white more precisely. He finished the egg yuk and pack the egg white home! My friend said, ya, thats Americano :D~~~~~

The Heartbreak Kid (6.5)

Quite a typical comedy with Ben Stiller... Seems that he has been fixed to do this kinda charactor :D well... I am surprised how similar is this movie to the others of him! Relationship, by the beach, balblabla haha... they are all too similar haha... well... not a bad one tho... at least there are nothing I feel bad about... and the girls in the moive are quite pretty too :)

Wanted to see this movie since I was on cinema! but haven't seen it until now :D It's a movie about a life of a durg dealer (I hate the Chinese name btw) kinda base on a real story kind movie la.... But dont they need to make it so educational?! very sick america! It is quite a good movie with a lot of little touch and detail stuff... They are not surprising when I see it now in 2008, but it must be pretty cool when the movie showed on screen... The first half of the movie was quite nice I have to say but the story was pretty crab I have to say... not surprising at all... it's like he had a few years great time earned good money good life... blalblbabla but then got into the jail a few times... coz of his family and wife... things like that.. and at last he went to jail again and his daughter never came to see him in rest of his life.... come on, can it be even more boring?!

Well... Johnny Depp was still doing okay... but the makeup or styling really have to improve a lot la.... we can see their research on 50s 60s 70s.... but it's too obvious they were trying too hard to do that making the movie quite weird somehow... maybe only to me... Johnny Depp just looks exactly the same age throughout the movie, while the movie is about his life from his 20sth to 40-50 -_-... we are not stupid man.. We would never think he is older if you only add a big belly under his shirt, just looking fake and thats it.

Ishi's back!

haha... My land lady came back from holiday and Ishi came back on last Tuesday too.... woooo.... hello Ishi Ishi~~~~ welcome back... he's lost weight since he didn't use to the food and place there lerh~~ poor him... but when he came back he ate a double meal instantly!! ho ho ho~~~

Still hurt

I have hurt my chest from basketball like 2 weeks ago and stopped doing any sport from last week. I just feel painful even I have a deep breathe. :( I thought it was just muslces and suppose to be recover quite quickly. But I don't see I m recovering since then. Especially the time when I just wakeup, it hurts. I should go to doctor if it's still the same after this week. But turn out, I am having more time to do other stuff and I can concentrate on the website a bit more. Well... maybe that's not bad...

Tattoo shop in Ventura

Haven't been writing so often in my blog for loooooong time :)

This morning I came to Ventura to find the tattoo shop recommended by Jeff :) Super nice weather, typical California autumn sunshine but cool. Went to the tattoo shop the first thing... As most of other tattoo shop I've been, there's a girl with short hair, and tattoo all over, very chill but friendly (you know their kind of friendly) sitting there. Asking me if I have any question? asked a few things.... $100/hr min $80... booking and things... and saw a bit their portfolio... Evil Dave is the best as Jeff recommended... pretty good in colour really... but I do not have the feeling of, oh I have to do a tattoo here... um... if I have decided the thing I wanna do at any chance before I go, I will come here again :) well... no rush as usual :) and I am thinking maybe I should wait until I meet you~~ Maybe we can do something together... hehe... I was thinking a half pattern could be nice, ya?

Then I walked around the little main street, and went into an Antique shop... things are pretty expensive but a bit better than Santa Barbara ones :) I did find something and bought it for you... ho ho ho... maybe your bday gift? haha... Well, I m not a person who love to celebrate dates.... but I really dont mind to do it.. just that when I wanna buy something to someone... I will buy it... I could never find something perfectly fit when I try to buy sth for people bday~~ haha.. and I always can't wait to send out the gift... haha... anyway... the first time I see you will be close to your bday.... and most likely it will be your bday gift~~~ haha... Will force you to put in studio... coz it will be your first gift :D haha, even if you dont like it~~

Just ate a burger in Habit. They do good stuff there! you can try when you come. They do gill sandwich without meat as well :) I m thinking maybe I should stop eating beaf too :D I m now sitting in a very nice cafe ssuper quiet nice little (but spacious) one :) Gonna do some more research on japan and porbably book some hotels... and will start doing the layout things lo~~~~~~

(A week later, I found that Ventura is actually a very big city! haha the little main street I've been was just a tiny part of Ventura :D)

Big Big Party..

It was a Halloween party in Darius' home... The biggest house party I was in!!! It was over 100 people there!!! can you believe it? more than 100 ppl in a house!!!! everyone are dressing super cool ^__^ Petra was there as well... she was quite drunk and keep telling people I m the most important employee in the office... hehe... Honestly I think Darius is 100 times more important than me la... just that they never lost him and they dont know how bad it will be without him in the office jei..

Did I waste my time?

Well... it did hurt me a bit, um... I know you ve such a strong personality, and I like it very much as a part of you... but sometimes it might hurt me.... Frankly , I didn't angry for your emotion at all after you talk to your client... I do understand how is it happen and I probably do the same when I deal with those stupid people... I was more worry about your feeling than those shitty little things...

What I am talking about is the other conversation about selling makeup products... I haven't thought of it because I was not interested in it at all... I don't think it is impossible for me now but does it mean I was wasting my time if I didn't learn the makeup related things from the job? I felt quite bad with it...

Just wanna say... I m a actually very straight forward person... I always try to do my best on one direction instead of thinking of a lot of different directions and not doing them well. (I only mean myself.... I know you are doing your work very well) Most of the time, I only do what I am interested in. I might do them slowly but I always want to finish them nicely. I don't want to rush myself and do something not even pleasing myself. I never really thought of money seriously when I work on something I m interested. It's good to be with someone who can teach me more about it tho ^_^

I did thought of making my own products lately... But I was thinking about snacks but not makeup... I think I m a bit slow on everything but it doesn't mean I am wasting my time in any point in my life... I do think every little experience count... maybe I didn't learn on that way but I must learn something else from other ways...

haha... I don't know what I m talking now... you are probably even more confused... they don't seems to related to the makeup conversation :P haha anyway... hope that you would understand more about me if you have a chance to read it...

Email to Petra

There are a lot of things that upset me in the office this week... Suddenly I m not allowed to msn in office hour -_- A lot of works in unrealistic schedule... everyone was chasing me for works like every 2 minutes... either him or her or her or her or even him... I mean... it's okay if you let me do it... but if you just keep asking "hows it going" like every 2 mins... it would be super annoying! especially some people like to ask abt the status of works once our bosses step into our office... no matter if she just asked the same question 30 sec before... anyway... I sent a email to Petra today telling her I can't work in this way... it's not making anything more efficient and I do need more flexibility on works. I thought she wasn't in her office and I email her all these.. but when I was about to leave the office and went to say good bye to Tony. She suddenly came and say it's just their unorganise and they will make a realistic time line for me... and gave me a huge~~~ :D it just happen too sudden... and I couldnt make any respones until I went on my car.... I was almost crying lerh... um... very touching at that moment... I was really exhausting and suddenly feel the support lerh... no matter if that real... it works :) and we gonna talk abou tit tmr at 2... see what happen lo...

Sweetie Moments

Can you believe it? It's not even a week yet... ahhhhhh......~~~~~~~ Last week I was still thinking maybe I should really take the offer in LA, do whatever shit for a while until things are getting back to normal... save some money and go back to HK to start my own studio... bablbala... I cant see thats a plan honestly :P

The same day of last week... I was still saying to Daat Daat about why is it such a long time we still can't find any one even just a target, not even close...~~ Daat said she was thinking to hang out a bit, like bar or sth, around to meet some people... otherwise it doesn't seems that's any chance she can meet any one... but of cause she didn't la.. :) Its just not her style and she probably wont find her type... And probably that's why I talked to some friends and check out some profile things... and then I've got his contact from Nestor. haha~~~ and now... We've planned to meet in Japan in December... and gonna go a lot of places for diving... probably work together for some projects, how sweet... Feeling even a bit unreal~~~ I always say my life is full of unexpected and uncertain (I always plan things ahead but it always turn out something else not following the plans :P) and that makes life interesting... But then I think sometimes, it might be good to have things happen following plans now :D Well... Indeed it was just another totally unexpected.

Things are suddenly going well, all those shit feeling are gone like a click time... And then I thought, we always forget things too easily, good or bad... When 2 person go together for a while... they forgot how sweet they had been. Forgot how to please each others with just some little things... It might be nice to spend some little time everyday to record those sweetie moments... maybe it will help the relationship someday.

Yesterday I saw the movie, Fur, Nicole Kidman and her husband was actually was almost break up... It was a scene, the husband had been asked to say something to everyone in his wife's bday party. he started saying how did they met blabalblala and then he said, remember the first time I met her, I can't move my eyes off her... And today I look at her. He stared at her for a second, and said I still can't move my eyes off her... It does made a different I guess, at least for a while... what I am trying to say? haha I dont know neither... um... seems that i m becoming a thoughtful person these few days :P:P I mean.. I am thinking too much...

See? how long haven't I write anything about movie... you can tell how long didn't i see a movie... I wanted to see it since it was on screen... but almost forgot to buy its DVD until I saw the name on Sammy's msn. Seems that he is touched by some part of the movie lerh... well... anyway... I felt not bad after seeing this movie... The opening of the movie does create a mood and everything seems to be going well as well... One thing I have to say, the styling and costums are very nice... only thought the ending could be much much better... But when I think about the whole movie again now. The story line is kinda weak... and it is definitely not about Diane Arbus. Feeling Diane can be anyone after seeing the movie. The ending is kinda crap... and it makes the openning stupid as well... Maybe thats why its rating is so bad in IMDB... :D um... but I have 2 copy of this DVD -_-

It's been a long time (well, not very long for some people maybe but me) since I miss someone as it is... 2 years? less than less than... it was when I went back to HK... I guess... but that's different, at least we were together for few months last time... Anyway... I still can't understand why people can miss someone who never met each other... Any psychology specialist here? Tell me! It was a few times, some people I never met said they miss me... I was like, wat? come on, dont be silly. we'd never even met. (8.30p 02OCT) Called Tony see if they can help to rent a car coz they promised to provide me a car after my holiday anyway... But then he was super rude as usual when it goes to money... come on... I was just trying to ask for help... if he doesn't want to help... just not to... how could he say sth like "I am not your mother or father, I am not supposed to cover you up when you make mistake"... honestly thats nothing help, no matter how many times of apologies afterward...

And another thing upset me even worse was Tracy wanna leave me in SB and go to SF by herself... T_T well.. fair enough... it's kinda stupid to stay in SB without a car and internet... but for that moment... should it be hey... let's find some other ways to go to SF together maybe? I know she didn't mean it but I felt I was only a driver... I didn't feel we were traveling together T__T. I m sure it is the worst thing Tracy has done on me because she never thought of how hurt it could be... it still hurt even I think of it now... :(

Sourced quite a few car rental company and only enterprise would do it in the quickest way. But when everything almost sorted after a long waiting to the rental company reply. But when I brought the form to tony to sign so that they can charge his card. He was rushing out and didn't sign it before he left and saying why everyone use his card don't need his signature but I do... it must be my bad English or what... I was like, huh? and he left before things sorted T___T Last night, I was kinda annoyed, but at that moment I did wanna cry... um... haha... of course I got my car eventually... ya... shhhh...... I did sign it :D with our wise Amber encouragement... lallallal~~~~

(3.00p) Finally, I've got the car sorted... We grabbed something eat and also some other things sorted, it was already 4. As we were going to Point Reyes (30 mins north from SF) directly.. it will take abt 6 hrs drive

(9.00p) We were almost in SF and the GPS ran out of battery!!!!!!!!!!!! coz the both of the electric plugs weren't working and we didnt notice until it's battery low... And it was super heavy raining!

(10.00p) We kinda lost our way and drove all the way up North to Santa Rosa (45mins from the junction we needa make a turn -_-) And the hostel we supposed to stay were closed :(
