(10.00a) Back to office, telling them I gonna stay until the end of my visa :)… Petra asked me to get some work done for them before we went to Vegas =_= (our flight was 2:30) ng sai chur doo gum chung ar ma~ haha stayed for an hour and half and head straight to airport lo~~~ :D
(12.00n) We lost our way to return our car… Avis!!! It is such a big car rental company but they don’t have a place next to airport while all the other companies does! Instead it's like hiding on a road which couldn’t be found even by the GPS!! Anyway we’ve got there somehow…
(12:30p) SB airport~~~ it wasn’t look like an airport at all :P haha

(4.00p) Arrived the Las Vegas airport, got the car rented, and we head straight to the hotel which is almost cheaper than the 2 beds in a hostel I’ve booked afterward. The hotel was actually okay… indeed, better than I thought. The weather in was super dry. Well, it’s a desert after all…
Yup... very plastic, init?
(6.00p) We walked a bit the shops there, and went to Venetian, the only casino I know the name. We don’t really gamble haha…but tried $5 for that machine thing and won $10… And we had a very good burger in the restaurant there, the salad was huge but in that’s the kinda a lot of mayo salad which I don’t like too much. It taste okay indeed, just doesn’t look like a salad to me…
(10:00p) I found that I’ve lost my wallet when I was trying to pay for the dinner :(:( luckily I’ve got my passport separated which I normally put inside the wallet!! Otherwise I probably can’t go back even to SB!!! Reported to the hotel but not having much luck on it…

(8.00a) Woke up a bit late for our Grand Canyon day!!! And we needa go to Avis to change to another car, coz that’s super stinky -_-… the Toyota was easier drive than the Ford obviously. But the orange colour is just so much nicer :D
(9.00a) We went to get our breakfast + lunch + dinner in McDonald’s! :D haha… surprisingly, it was actually quite good... but I can still find the McDonald’s taste in it~~~~ but indeed there are restaurants all the way from LV to GC~~~
I’ve chosen the North Rim of Grand Canyon simply bcoz it’s the less tourists visiting part :P. Indeed they were about to close during winter time. It was a 275 miles drive from Las Vegas, almost 5 hours drive. Of cause, it’s super long drive for me, it is still such a cool experience though. I had to overcome the biggest challenge for me, my sleepiness!!! And I made it!!! I probably couldn’t make it without Tracy’s moliu speaking and snacks… Wooo… We drove through some desert like places, some little villages and then a bigger town, and when we were almost there, it was a forest. The trees was about to change their colour in fall and it was soooooo beautiful… it was definitely the most beautiful nature scene I’ve ever seen!!! We are indeed super stupid didn’t plan to stay there for a night or more… There are a lot of hiking routes there and a few really nice house for people to stay in. um… that’s definitely a place that we will go again…
A few critical mistakes of the Grand Canyon trip:
1. I haven’t bought the spare battery for Tracy :(
2. Lid of my film camera suddenly open itself… and lost some super important photos :(:(:(
3. We should have planned a much longer stay in Grand Canyon, but it was only 3 hours, with the 9-10 hrs driving. Kinda stupid :P... but these also make sure that I will be back again :D maybe West + South + North next time~~ and for a week sth...
(10.00p) We drove all the way back from Grand Canyon and just made the time to see the show in Las Vegas “O”. It was absolutely stun! From the idea of the show, the story, stage design, costume, to the skills of the performers, to the music, even the smells in the show, everything… every little details are just prefect! Every part of the show is definitely the top of the top of the world. It is undoubtedly the best performance I’ve ever seen in my life… wah wah wah~~~ and it worth more than the price of ticket for sure (it was almost US$200 indeed, but still)!!!

(11:00a) We went to a outlet around!!!! and bought a few things from Diesel!!! :D:D ho ho ho~~~~ and Coast are very cheap there as well~~
(4:30p) Returned the car just just just on time!!!! LV Airport heading back to SB~~
(8:00p) We couldn’t rent a car coz I lost my card :( and Tracy doesn’t have a driving license. :( I still don’t know if we can drive up to SF…. All I can do is to put finger cross and pray for it… yea... and Darius drove us home while he was rushing to see his friends ~~ thanks~~
